About me

Hey, I’m Giulia

Yoga was once just a casual practice for me—until a retreat in Fuerteventura sparked a daily commitment. Since then, I’ve explored Vinyasa, Rocket, Dharma, Mandala, Yin and Restorative yoga.

My Yoga Journey

  • Completed my 200-hour training with House of Om on Hatha • Ashtanga • Vinyasa

  • Completed 50h in 4Beat Rocket: Making Rocket accessible, with Good Life Yoga School

  • I am dedicated to continuous growth as a yoga teacher, always deepening my knowledge and practice. I am currently studying Dharma Yoga, integrating its philosophy and techniques to enrich my classes and offer students a more complete and mindful experience on the mat.

My mission

Through yoga, I help students release stress, find mental clarity and feel connected with everyone in class

Teaching style

My teaching focuses on building resilience through dynamic, intentional movement—while keeping the practice engaging and lighthearted.

Consistency and curiosity are key, but so is having fun.

Expect a space to move freely, explore your body’s potential and reconnect with your inner child through playful movement.
